Boiled peeled eggs are also processed on a large scale in the restaurant sector. Our boiled eggs can among other things be found in company canteens, institutional kitchens, sandwich bars, butchers and of course in the wholesale trade. The commonest pack in the restaurant sector is a tub in which the eggs are packed in brine. We carry a wide range varying from tubs containing 20 eggs to 168 eggs. Options also include filling with eggs by the kilo. In addition to a choice of different tub sizes, there is a choice of various types of brines.
